this APET/PE thermoforming film is used on Modified air packaging (or fresh lock packaging) to pack meat , delicatessen, cooked food , and so on .
Modified air packaging (or fresh lock packaging) is an anti-gas material that seals meat food under changing gas environment to inhibit the growth, reproduction and biochemical activity of spoilage microorganisms and extend shelf life. Modified atmospheric packaging gases are usually carbon dioxide, oxygen and nitrogen, or various combinations of them. To preserve meat for a long time, the three gases must be kept in the right proportion. The fresh-keeping effects of each gas on fresh meat are as follows:
(1) Oxygen can maintain the brightness of the muscle, and the oxygen in the gas mixture can only keep the meat red when it is higher than 50%.
(2) Carbon dioxide is colorless and tasteless, and mainly plays an antibacterial role in aerated packaging. It can inhibit the oxidative rancidity and fungal growth of meat.
(3) Nitrogen is widely used in inflatable packaging, stable in nature, and has no effect on meat color and microorganisms. Mainly used as filler.

The storage method of air conditioning packaging should consider storage temperature, packaging material, deoxidizer and ethylene adsorbent. Experiments and predictions show that the pore area of packaging film has a much greater effect on oxygen concentration than on RH, which makes it possible to adjust RH in packaging bags to reduce fruit weight loss and maintain the minimum gas content required for physiological activities of mango. The model shows the effects of oxygen concentration, RH and packing film parameters on MAP storage. It provides optimal oxygen concentration and RH value for MAP storage. In addition, 0.06mm thick polyethylene bags are used for packaging and sealing, and add appropriate deoxidizer and ethylene adsorbent in the bag, so that the concentration of oxygen is 3%-5%, CO2 concentration is 2.5%-5%. Keep fresh at 10 ~ 12℃ for about 30 days.
